Children's Class
Mon - fri @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm
The Children's class is tailored to our younger students, but adults are still welcome to participate in the class. We start every class with a brief time for meditation. This time helps many people relax and clear their mind, to prepare our minds for the next hour of practice & exercise. After our meditation, we loosen up and stretch to prepare our bodies for the class. Most classes will then involve an element of traditional practice, such as, practicing basic techniques and forms, sparring, or practicing take-downs and self-defense.
Morning & Day Classes
Morning classes: Tues, thurs, sat @ 9am-10am
Day classes: Mon, Wed, fri @ 12pm-1pm
These classes are tailored towards the more experienced student, but are open to all levels. This class goes into detail over fundamentals & technique, and goes hard when it comes to calisthenics. This class will get your heart pumping! Great for the student that would like to increase endurance and overall physique.
